When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package's journey.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your glow. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, TULA is 100% cruelty-free. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, and we are proud to be certified by PETA.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our shipping options to more countries in the near future.
